She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Buchanan and Laura Breedlove Buchanan; her former husband James G. Ramsey; her husband William "Bill" Prow; her son Charles Ramsey; her granddaughter Kelly Renee'Ramsey; and her siblings, Bessie Mae Parker, Waneta Bowers, Lucille Thomas, Edgar, Raymond, George, Harlan, James, Bobbie and Eugene Buchanan.
She is survived by: her sons, James D. (Rosetta Ramsey) and Lewis G. (Sherry Ramsey); her granddaughters, Alysia Hayden, Shauna Layne, Rebecca Thompson, Jennifer Abney, Addie Ramsey and Cassie Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tate Hayden, Dillon, Avery, Lilly, Skyler Layne, William, David Abney and Miles Noonan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
