He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clark and Ruth Wise Clark; his grandson Trenton Clark; and his sisters, Henrietta Richardson, Sue Littrell and Judy Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky M. Clark; and his children, David P. Clark (Julie), Laura (Clay), Don W. Clark, Daniel E. Clark, Sarah McKenzie (Andrew) and Jennifer (Travis). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
