He is survived by: his wife Angeletta Fields; his children, Joshua Don Fields (Evelyn Carrell) of Midway, Kentucky and Doniella Ann Fields of Ivel, Kentucky; his sisters, Peggy Fields King and Brenda Fields King; his grandchildren, Jeremy Varney, Alexander "Xan" Lowe and Lukas Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Varney, Stella Varney and Khloe Varney.
