It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Kay Southworth Cole of Midway, Kentucky, born in Georgetown, Kentucky, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Southworth and Anna Stone Southworth; and her siblings, Connie Southworth Adams and Dean Southworth. She is survived by: her children, Annette Berger (Danny) and Wayne Mitchell (Rosetta); her brother Robert Southworth (Bobby); her grandchildren, Daniel Boston, Leslie Pennington (Nick), Joey Boston (Tara), Samantha Lunger, Savannah Porter and Caleb Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Boston, Ethan Smith, Madison Boston, Chloe Anna Kay Pennington, Levi Pennington, Trey Boston, Landon Boston and Cheyenne Boston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
