She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hubbard and Sallie Ann Hubbard. She is survived by: her husband Toye Frasure; her siblings, Henry of Floyd, H. K., John Jr., W. A., Estil, James Franklin, Pearlie Jane and Ruth Lee; her son Travis Frasure; her caregiver Crystal Frasure; her stepdaughter Tracy Collins (Mark); her sisters, Lurlean Billingsly and Josie Bush; her grandchildren, Whitney, Elizabeth, Jenna, Emily, Conner and Charlie; her great grandchildren, Ava, Peyton and Kinsley; and her friends, Sherry Ledford, Amanda Frasure and Wilma. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
