He was predeceased by: his father Jerry D. Rowland Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Cornett Rowland; and his brother Jerry D. Rowland Jr.. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and uncles and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
