William left this world on January 22, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Elmer Reeves and Kizzie Hatfield Reeves; his son Luther Reeves; and his siblings, Chestel Reeves and Eula Jean Slife.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Hubbard Reeves; his daughter Judy Brock (Toby); his grandchildren, Shanay Zimmerman (DJ), Clarissa Hubbard (Eric), Micah Reeves and Luther Reeves Jr.; his great grandchild Byron Zimmerman; his brother Tony Reeves (Sharon); his nephews, James and Roger Reeves; his great-nephew Austin; his nephew Troy Reeves; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cassie and Christopher; his sister-in-law Juanita York; his aunt Barbara Ann Partin; his uncles, Clyde Dixon, Jack Dixon and Clifford Reeves; his cousins, Deanna Reeves, Tammy Reeves, Denver Reeves and Darrell Reeves; his close friends, Johnny, Tish Bishop, John Barton, Tyrone Barton, Shirt Hurst, Homer Sparks and Dr. Patel; and also Sarah Powers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
