He was predeceased by: his father-in-law John Bunch. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Carr Wilcox; his children, Dylan Carr, Ashley Carr, Danielle Wilcox, Christian Carr, Lindey Rutherford, Michael and Dawn Carr; his grandchildren, Jeffery Carr and Amy Carr; and his parent William Wilcox. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
