He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Mills and William Fox Hensley; his parents-in-law, Helen Lee Widner and William Hubert Widner; his siblings-in-law, William Glenn Widner and Nancy Widner; his nephew Gary Blanton; and his stepson Thomas Jeffrey Siler.
He is survived by: his daughter Coco; his wife Pamela Jeanne Hensley; his children, Amy Michelle Brumbach and William Travis Hensley; his grandchildren, William Jacob Austin Bruner (Caroline Reed), Kaelyn Paige Hensley (Brett Marsee), Travis Chase Hensley (Johnnie Willis), Morgan Grace Hensley, Josie Kai Hensley, Dylan Lee Marsee and Delilah Jewel Marsee (DJ); his siblings, Betty Blanton and Larry Hensley; his niece Carla Jones (Boyd); his nephew Mark Blanton; his brother-in-law Steve Widner; his pet Buttercup; and his nephew Friends.
