She was predeceased by: her parents, Everitt Smith and Ordia Webb Cuel; her siblings, Lola Sarson, Paul and David Cuel; her grandparents, Andy and Ellen Webb; and her aunts and uncles, Para, Cora, Ester Webb, Milford, Tifford, Estel and Virgil Webb.
She is survived by: her sons, Byron Owens (Tammy), Richard "Duke" Owens (Jama) and Mark Owens; her grandchildren, Angela Russell (Brandon), Cory Owens and Katelynn Owens; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Branson Russell; and her cousins, Reda Maynard (Dan), Trula Evans (Jerry) and Carolyn Webb-Donley. She is also survived by numerous extended family, and dear friends.
