He is survived by: his daughter Kumi Biscardi (Thomas) of Jeffersonville, IN; his grandchildren, Thomas Biscardi (Alex), Amanda Welch (Zack) and Jackie Biscardi; his great grandchildren, Gabe and Josie Welch; his siblings, Wallace Wade (Frances) of Middlesboro, KY., Sandra Fulgham of Knoxville, TN, Lois Wooten (Gilbert) of Lumberton, NC and Loretta Garlington (Walter) of Middlesboro, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Wallace Wade Jr., Erik Wade, Jeremy Wade, Rose Donaldson, Vanessa Alexander, Ronald Wade Jr., Michael Wade, Melvin Fulgham (Butch), Cynthia Fulgham, Tonya Wooten, Robert Wooten and Lonnece Brown. He is also survived by cousins, grandnieces and nephews, and many friends.
