She is survived by: her stepfather Wesley Madon of Pineville, KY.; her children, Gwen Warwick (David) of Middlesboro, KY, Rachelon Partin Brock (Bobby) of Miracle, KY, Kenny Mason of Middlesboro, KY and Charlie Partin of Middlesboro, KY; her grandchildren, D. J. Warwick (Kalynn), Justin Warwick (Hannah), Joseph Warwick (Hunter), Autumn Miller, Evelyn Mason, Colten and Raelyn Brock; her great grandchildren, Kainen, Kinzy Warwick, Lydia Warwick, Terrell and Cody Anderson; her sisters, Phyllis Neal, Lois Heath and Rosie Belle Hatfield; and her niece Tammy Rose. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, friends and family.
