She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Partin and Rose Partin; and her brothers, Cecil Partin, Shelby Partin and John Wesley Partin.
She is survived by: her children, John Carroll, Michael Carroll, Jeanette Overton and Rose Overton; and her sister Pearl Evans. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great great grandson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shumate Funeral Home (2321 W Cumberland Ave, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Partin Cemetery (122 Blue Hollow Rd, Frakes, KY 40940).
