He was predeceased by: his father Walter Deth; his brother Dave Deth; and his friend Carl Moler. He is survived by: his wife Judith Deth; his sons, Eric Deth (Stacey Wichman) and Nicholas Deth; his siblings, Tom Deth and Walli Carranza; his grandchildren, Kelley-Reanne Rabanal-Deth and Leah Wichman; his niece Heather Mescotowicz (Mark); his great-nieces, Sophia and Liliana; his niece Andrea Woods (Daniels); his nephew Joseph Dobo (Molly); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabriel, Samantha and A. J.; his nephew James Dobo (Susan); his sister-in-law Cindy Turnbow; his nieces and nephews, Asta Deth (Bill Bothof) and Keaton Ayers; and also Roselisa Rabanal.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Tim's honor to the Trinity Baptist Church youth group at 705 S Petersborough Avenue, Middlesboro, KY 40965.
