He is survived by: his wife Wanda Helton Spillman; his daughter Kimberly Spillman Hogan (Marcus); his granddaughter Kara Oxford Fales (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Colston of Babcock Ranch, Caden of Babcock Ranch and Cameron Fales of Babcock Ranch; his grandson Ryan Spillman Oxford (Xi); his great grandchildren, Aja-Mei of Port Charlotte, FL, Adelaide of Port Charlotte, FL and Amelia Oxford of Port Charlotte, FL; his brother-in-law Allen Helton (Carol) of Glasgow, KY; his niece Lisa Squires (Allen) of Fairview, NC; and his nephew Randall Helton of Flatwoods, KY.
