He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth S. Toole and Leota Murphy Toole; and his wife Pamela Toole. He is survived by: his sister Karen Sims; his nieces, Emilee Morgan (Jason), Susan Olson (Chelsey) and Allison Siddens (Tyler); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Camryn Morgan, Connor and Turner Siddens.
