He is survived by: his mother Mary Evelyn Bailey Miracle; his nephew Devin Smith; his wife Angela Bailey; his children, Ryan Bailey (Kim) and Amber Russell (Ty); his granddaughters, Abygail Bailey and Audrey Russell; his grandfather Little Buddy Isaiah Bailey; and his siblings, James Dennis Bailey (Debbie) and Mary Elizabeth Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
