He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stewart Harrell; his children, Lisa Baker (Dawell), Steve Rodney Harrell, Jr., Michelle McManaway, David Hill and Heather North; his grandchildren, Kenny Gilman, Dustin Baker, Kyle Baker, Eric Baker, Ashley Barnett, Amber North (Matt Helton), Ricky North, Tori Hill, Brandon Hill, Blake Jones, Shana Brown (RJ), Bradley Harrell, Aaron McManaway (Kayla), Tara Chumley (Steve), Jordan Harrell (Samantha) and Zoe McManaway; his great grandchildren, Kayden, Gracie, Carter, Kameron, Skyla, Jocelyne, Lillie, Junior, Bentley, Blaine, Raylon, Keaton, Kaylee, Landon, Mia, Simon, Raylynn and Ryelynn; and his sister Della Miracle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
