He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dennis and Clara Ada Rose Dennis; his wife Teresa Murrell Dennis; his siblings, Eugene Dennis, Beulah Smith, Opal Prickett, Nadine Arenevias and Katherine Heck; his granddaughter Denise; and his son-in-law Howard "Fuzzy" Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse Scott Dennis (Mary Lynne), Jimmy Ray Turner, Traci Lynn Moss, Lori Jean Scott and Christal Woody (Joe); his sisters, Frances Huff, Reda Meehean (Wayne) and Bonnie Miller (Tommy); and his sister-in-law Melissa Murrell Rains. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of many other relatives and friends.
