She was predeceased by: her parents, Ance Smallwood and Mary Cadle Smallwood; her son Lee Roy Smith; her grandson David Matthew Smith; the father of her children Ira Smith; and her siblings, Claude Smallwood, Lloyd Smallwood, Ethel Petigo, Arnold Smallwood and Betty Branham.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Smith, David Smith (Melinda) and Donnie Smith; her grandchildren, Teresa, Joshua, Kendra, Danielle, Skylar, Houston, Kaitlyn, Brooklyn and Bradley; and her siblings, Glen Smallwood and Dorothy Rainy. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
