She is survived by: her siblings, Glenda Taylor, Monnie Grant, Truia Sawyer, Harold Foley, Author Foley and Jim Foley; her son Randall Napier (Cindy) of Cumberland Gap, TN; her daughter-in-law Sharon Napier of Tazewell, TN; and her grandchildren, Amy Napier of Knoxville, TN, Bruce Napier of Brush Colorado, Brandon Terry (Maggie) of Louisville, KY, Jake Terry and Madeline Terry.
