He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Frank and Mary Elizabeth Partin; his siblings, James Alfred, Barbara Jean Partin and Lavada Waldroop (Partin); his brother-in-law Estle Waldroop; his nephew-in-law Timothy Lambdin; and his close friend Jennifer Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Annabeth, Skyler and Meredith; his wife Sun Tok Partin; his children, David Scott Partin (Tamera Partin) of Knoxville, TN and Joanna (Partin); his grandsons, Thomas Justice and Riley Justice; his nieces, Jackie Waldroop and Pamela (Waldroop); and also, April Fitzgibbons and Rebecca Howerton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shumate Funeral Home (2321 W Cumberland Ave, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
