It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Howard (Middlesboro, Kentucky), who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Juneavee Howard Martin; his son Roger Dale Howard Jr.; and his siblings, Roberta, Bobby, Clayton and Garry.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Howard Smith (Roland); his wife Paulette Howard; his son Jason Howard (Susan); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Cortney, Ryan and Scarlett; and his siblings, Rick Howard (Amy) of Dalton, GA, Eddie Howard of Evarts, KY and Teresa Howard of Pathfork, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
