He is survived by: his mother Janice Raleigh Stamper; his wife Cherry Lynn Chedester Stamper; his children, Melody Ann Stamper and Luke Eric Stamper (Alana); his grandchildren, John Thomas Stamper and Emma Rose Stamper; and his father Theordore Stamper.
