He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chadwell and Etha Whitmore Chadwell; his great grandchild Maxwell Raines; and his sisters, Colleen (Charlie Rowland), Alberta Robinson, Loretta (Charles Shelton) and June Chadwell.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Johnson Chadwell; his children, Amy Chadwell, Robert Glen Chadwell (Lora), Rianna Carnes and Mckala Davis; his grandchildren, Brooke Hubick, Alex Evans, Samantha Goodman, Ryan Wyrick, Spencer Raines, Kyler Raines, Chase Byrd, Tyler Carnes, Olivia Carnes, Kenley Osborne and Haylie Moyers; his great grandchildren, Bentley Wyrick, Henleigh Idol and Grainger Evans; and his brother-in-law Jim Robinson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
