He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall; his children, Marsha (Oliver Gregory) and Richard Jr. (Kayla Hall); his grandchildren, Brittany (Brian Fields), Cassidy (Blake Gibson), Joshua (Jessica Holland) and Nicholas (Rachel Hall); and his great grandchildren, Isaac Fields, Harper Fields, Emersyn Fields, Riley Holland, Oaklynn Hall, Opie Medlock, Riley Medlock and Blake Gibson, Jr..
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Inc. (106 Cherry St, Pineville, KY 40977). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
