With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca Russell of Middlesboro, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frelond Leffew and Browder Seavers Leffew; her daughter Shelly Lane Russell; and her siblings, Ted Leffew, Jack Leffew, Roger Leffew, Nella Fay Leffew, Mary Leffew, Lavon Leffew, Pat Leffew and Lois Leffew.
She is survived by: her son Danny Russell; her grandchildren, Emily Gibson and Logan Gibson; her great grandchildren, Jayden Gibson and Maleah Fleenor; her brother Abby Leffew; and her close friend George Mayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
