She is survived by: her son Jerry Pratt; her grandson Josh Pratt (Kristie); her great grandchildren, Jaxson Pratt, Maddox Pratt and Karisyn Pratt; and her siblings, Kyle Chadwell and Judy Hatmaker. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
