With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Lillian Bell of Middlesboro, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on October 5, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Brown and Lillie Wright Brown. She is survived by: her husband David H. Bell; her children, Leslie Elaine Brown (Dennis), Tamara Beth Wilson and Jeff H. Bell (Allison); and also Herbert Brown, Jr.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
