He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Patterson, Robert Stephens, Deborah Muncy (Carlis), Pauline Dixon (Bob) and Ernest Stephens (Debbie); and his caregiver Deborah Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
