Shepherd of Middlesboro and Anthony Shane Sexton (Lindsay) of Middlesboro, KY.; her grandson Henry Michael Shepherd of Middlesboro, KY.; her sister Barbara Ann Hall (Sam) of Tazewell, TN.; her nieces, Angel Shepherd of London, KY, Jessica Shepherd of North Platte, NE and Krissy Carroll (Bradley) of Speedwell, TN.; her nephew Tommy Lee Shepherd (Andrea) of Middlesboro, KY.; her great-nieces, June Hupfer of North Platte, NE and Kinsley Carroll of Speedwell, TN.; her great-nephew Jake Carroll of Speedwell, TN.; her boyfriend Timmy Marlow; and also Juanita Marlow. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
