He is survived by: his wife Alice England Elkins; his son William Collier; his parents, Janice Wimberly and Dan Elkins; his brother Michael Elkins (Jessika); his nieces and nephews, George, Mira Sanford, Michael Bryan, Milana, Sophie, Presleigh, Eva Elkins, Robert and Daniel Hall; his parents-in-law, Dewey and Judy England; his sister-in-law Amy Sanford; his aunt Debbie; his uncle Gary Elkins; and his cousins, Melissa, Matthew Hall, Wayne, Pam Powers, Ernie and Lisa Powers.
