He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Smith and Shirley Smith; his brother William Smith; and his brother-in-law Clifford King. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Smith; his children, Chris Smith and Jessica Saylor (Travis); his parents-in-law, Harold and Joyce King; his sisters, Diane Smith (Hillary Cheek) and Sherrie Hill (Bobby); his grandchildren, Lillian Smith, Harvey Smith, Hunter Mason and Chase Mason; and his aunt Linda Sue Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Smith Cemetery.
