He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Moyers and Stella Moyers; his stepmother Lectra Lee Moyers; his siblings, Ron Moyers and Betty; and his brother-in-law Ike Sharp, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Ann Moyers; his daughters, Luann Hembree (Roger) of Speedwell, TN, Lisa Moyers (Terry Overton) of Middlesboro, KY and Leslie Onkst (James) of Middlesboro, KY; his sister-in-law Bettie Moyers of Chelsea; his nephew Cranston Sharp (Debbie) of Middlesboro, KY; his niece Jennifer Jahraus of Chelsea; and his grandchildren, Ranae Hershberger (John) of Germantown, TN, Josh Taylor (Ashley) of London, KY, Travis Onkst of Middlesboro, KY, Matt Onkst (Hanna) of Lexington, KY, Justin Onkst of Harrogate, TN and Jessica Payne (Drew) of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren along with great nieces and nephews.
