She was predeceased by: her parents, Nella Johnson and William W. D. Andrews; her husband John J. Johnson; her sister Alberta Robertson; her nephews, William, Charles, Curtis and Jawan; and her godson Torino Adarryl.
She is survived by: her brother Ronnie Lee Johnson (Sandra); her daughters, Tashieka L Johnson Nyema T. (Zollern Sr.) and Marylou; her godchildren, Eddie Gilbert and Shannon D. Bates; her grandson Tyler J. Thornton; her great grandchildren, Amari, Tahj, Blessyn and Josiah; her nieces, Rachena L. Johnson and Pattie L. Johnson; and her cousins, Vivian, Ardella, Donnie, Irene and Annette. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, loved ones, friends.
She later became an American Heart Association CPR and First Aide instructor.
