We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2022, at the age of 74, Larry Paul Lewis (Middlesboro, Kentucky), born in Fourmile, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lewis and Juanita Moore Lewis; his siblings, Judy Lewis Mills, Eva Lewis Taylor, Michael Lewis and Billy Earl Lewis; and his aunt Jewell Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Freels (Josh), Avetta Gregory, James Lewis, Tad Lewis, Scott Lewis, Larry Lewis and Michael Miller; his grandchildren, Lincoln Freels, Jamarian Gregory, Jamal Gregory, Shirlell, Mkynsleigh, Serenity Lewis and Sister Lucy Johnson; his nephew David Mills; and his close friends, Alan Smith and Kim Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
