He is survived by: his wife Lavenda Collins (Longworth); his son Shawn Collins (Yvonne); his grandchildren, Michael Collins (Kiplyn) and Megan Hensley (Jerry); his great grandchildren, Haley and Capri Hensley; and his siblings, Wilma Duke, Lavenda Mason (Eugene) and Charles Collins. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
