He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wakin and Barbara Gower Wakin; and his sister Lisa Wakin Hunley. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Thomas Wakin and Edith Joanna Wakin; and his siblings, Debbie Leach (Michael) of Globe, AZ, Mark Wakin (Teresa) of Middlesboro, KY, Tom Wakin (Delores) of Tampa, FL and Monica Poore (Terry) of Middleboro, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calendar Saint Julian Parish Hall (118 E Chester Ave, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Saint Julian Catholic Church (118 E Chester Ave, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent to Saint Julian Catholic Church Bereavement Committee.
