He was predeceased by: his son Jarrod Goo Capps; and his siblings, Paul Wooton, Herbie Fuson, Pam Wooton and Nancy Steele Maggard.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Capps Wooton; his children, Rod and Johannah Capps May (Chris); and his grandsons, Trey, Noah and Jarrod Bradley Capps II. He is also survived by nieces he loved as his own and many great nieces and nephews.
