He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sally Mae, Andrew Lee Lewis, John Edward and Emma Allen Nunn; and his sister Leslie Dawn Lewis.

He is survived by: his parents, Helen Nunn Lewis and Andrew Jackson "Jack" Lewis; his sister Amy Lewis Mize (Dale Wayne); his niece Madison Delaney Mize; his nephew Mack Andrew Mize; and his close friend Renee Perkins.
