He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Hoskins; his wife Jackie Lee Hoskins; his children, Trevor Hoskins (Bailey) and Kaitlin Hoskins; his grandchild Rylee; his daughters, Brenlee, Blakelee, Kambreigh and Kannon; and his sister Jimmie Carol Prater (Mike).
