She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Hembree and Mary Sue Beason Hembree; her husband David Alexander Booth; and her brother Ronnie "Duke" Hembree. She is survived by: her children, David Booth (Holly) of Tazewell, TN, Mary Elizabeth Booth of Middlesboro, KY and Amanda Ellis (Toby) of Blaine, TN; her grandchildren, Abigail Booth, Alex Booth, Hannah Booth, Sydney Jo Partin, Hailey Ellis, Riley Ellis and Bentley Ellis; and her siblings, Patsy Warf, George Hembree (Lana) and Gerald Hembree (Essie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Cawood Funeral Home Chapel (112 S 21st St, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
