He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Mullins and Mae Givens Mullins; and his brothers, Dillard Mullins, Joe Mullins and Lemuel Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Mullins; his children, Jimmy Mullins (Jamie) of Harrogate, TN, Jerry Mullins (Jennifer) of Middlesboro, KY., Melissa Harrell of Middlesboro and Becky Martin (Larry) of Sharps Chapel, TN.; and his brothers, Henry Mullins of Harrogate, TN and Walter Mullins of Middlesboro, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
