He is survived by: his children, Tanya Goins, Amber Goins, Joshua Owens, Jeremiah Goins, Justin Goins, Jessica Goins, Ashley Perkins and Earl Carroll; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ayleah Good, Tristan Goins, Bethany, Bailey Nole, Brian, Mackenzie Goins, Dainika and Tyler Goins; his godchildren, Kiyaeh, Lucas Carroll and Bentley Rains; and his friends, Brian Carroll, James Edward Carroll, Mark Carroll and Danny Ray Smith. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
