He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Burchett and Maudie Burchett; his wife Mary Lois Bowlin Burchett; his sons, Jamie and Edward Burchett; his sister Hazel Williams; and his nephew Robert Williams.
He is survived by: his nieces, Cissie Day (Dennis) and Janice Williams; his great-nephew Gabe Day; his great-nieces, Donna Elliott, Ellen Blackmon, Patricia Maiden, Nikki Day and Lainey Day; and his close friends, Haston Ingram, Lisa Arnett, Jacob and Terry Arnett.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
