He is survived by: his children, Mark Carter (Michelle), Greg Carter and Kelli Sabins (Jeff); his brother Ronnie Carter (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Erica Brooke Carter (Craig Smith), Mallorie Campbell (Austin), Logan Carter, Gavin Carter, Carter and Kinley Sabins; his great grandchild Colt Allen Smith; his nephew Lucas Carter (Carlena); his aunt Isabelle Dean; and his close friend Becky Slusher. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
