He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Lewis; and his parents, Oliver Lewis and Ida Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Idol (late John); his siblings, Lucille Wiley (Everett), Roy Lewis (Ruby), Fred Lewis (Juanita) and Meryl Tausher (Allan); and also Terry Tausher (Judy).
