She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hyde and Lena Hyde; her husband Earl Gambrel; her siblings, Bob Hyde, Bruce Sowders, Milton Hyde, Ina Schneider, Bennie Mae Barton and Mary B. Conley; and her nieces and nephews, Janet Sue Hyde, Nancy Price, Fred Barton, Phil Barton and Gerald Barton.

She is survived by: her son Michael Earl Gambrel (Lisa); her grandsons, David Earl Gambrel (Laura) and Shawn Michael Gambrel (Cortney); her great grandchild James Michael Gambrel; her nieces, Bobbie Ann Lynch and Gwen Barton; and her nephew James David Conley (Cindy).
