She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Karrigan and Rosetta Karrigan; and her siblings, Melvin Joseph Karrigan and Linda Walker. She is survived by: her husband Mikel Ward; her daughters, Shannon Mitchell (Stacy) and Tara Chapple; her grandchildren, Jason (Katlyn), Hayley (Nathan), Amber and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Kalianna, Cooper, Paisley, Isabella and Angel; her sisters, Rhonda Mason (Arther) and Dora Witt; her aunt Kay; her uncle Byon Brock; her nieces, Kathy, Charlie Partin and Ashley Flannery; her great-nephews, Kenny Vanover, Chris Vanover and Joshua Harness; and her close friends, Jarve Miller (Theresa), Billy Wayne Mason (Angie), Courtney, CJ Collett, Mary Karns, Jessica, James Hurst and Michael Miller (family: Ann Matheny, Mike, Clorenna Charles).
