She is survived by: her children, Carla Faulkner of Richmond, KY, Michael Vaughn (Teresa), Danny Vaughn (Charlotte) and Steve Vaughn; her grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Vaughn (Lauren) of Somerset, KY, Austin Vaughn, Stephen Vaughn and Shelby Elizabeth Vaughn; and her great grandchild Evelyn Elizabeth Dorothy Vaughn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
